Group Members – We are in the process of recruiting more members to join the group and we currently display a poster in the waiting area for anyone wishing to join.
Patient Survey – A copy of the survey was handed to the patients.
- The patients were happy with the questions in the survey.
- The survey showed the patients were very happy with the Practice and commented about not always being able to get through on the telephone, with this advice we have had a new phone system installed.
Work Plan – What we want as a group for the coming year :
- To look into information the practice gets from the patient surveys.
- To look at other ways of getting feedback from patients.
- Advertise the website for example on prescriptions, poster in waiting area.
